enrolment Process

Minerva Private Academy offers thoughtfully designed programs for After School Enrichment sessions and school holidays. Children engage in high-quality, purposeful learning experiences led by specialist educators. Our environment is built on integrity, intention, and the belief that every child should be meaningfully challenged and supported.

Enrolment is not automatic. Placement is offered only after an application has been reviewed and assessed to ensure alignment with our program values and group dynamics. We reserve the right to decline applications where we feel a student may not yet be ready for our learning environment.

Please note: Some classes, such as piano and music theory, require a level of focus and foundational readiness. If we determine that a child is not yet suited to a particular class, an alternative activity will be offered where appropriate. This ensures all students can participate meaningfully and enjoy success in their learning.

We ask all families to respect our enrolment process and understand that acceptance into our programs is based on suitability, readiness, and our commitment to maintaining a high standard of education and care.

Complete and submit the 'Application for Enrolment' form or schedule an appointment for an on-campus information session & application.

Our team will review the application to determine if your child is suited to the selected program(s).

For some applicants, we may request a short in-person meeting to better understand your child’s needs, interests, and readiness.

 We invite you to attend a trial class and we email you a formal Letter of Offer.

Return the signed Enrolment Agreement and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Confirmation fee (if applicable) to accept a place in the program. 

Upon acceptance, you will receive a welcome pack with program information, session schedules, and preparation details.

Join a Welcome & Orientation Event and attend your first class.
