enrolment Process

Placement is offered only after an application has been reviewed to ensure alignment with our program values and group dynamics. 

We reserve the right to decline applications if we feel a student may not yet be ready for our learning environment.

Please note: Some classes, such as piano and music theory, require a level of focus and foundational readiness. 

If we determine that a child is not yet suited to a particular class, an alternative activity will be offered where appropriate. This ensures all students can participate meaningfully and experience success in their learning.

We ask families to respect our enrolment process and understand that acceptance into our programs is based on readiness, suitability, and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of education and student care.

Minerva Private Academy welcomes visitors by prior appointment only. 

We kindly ask that all visits, meetings, and interviews be arranged in advance. 

For the safety and privacy of our students, walk-ins and on-site visits during session times cannot be accommodated.

Complete and submit the 'Application for Enrolment' form.

Our team will review the application to determine if your child is suited to the selected program(s).

For all applicants, we request an in-person meeting to better understand your child’s needs, interests, and readiness.

 If selected, we invite your child to attend a complimentary trial class to determine program suitability.

If our values align and we believe your child would benefit from our program, we will confirm their placement with a formal Letter of Offer.

Return the signed Enrolment Agreement and pay the non-refundable Enrolment Confirmation fee to accept your child's placement in the program.
